Peaco*ck has been a prominent streaming service that has played a crucial role in providing people with easy access to films and TV shows. In fact, despite the growing competition, it has carved out a notable niche by offering a wide range of content that is difficult to find on other streaming platforms, including some classic films and other sports programming, such as wrestling. Having said that, Peaco*ck has a catalog as extensive as other streaming giants like Prime Video and is constantly adding new titles every month. In August 2024, for example, Peaco*ck made some blockbuster films available to its users, including Renfield, The Fall Guy, and The Bikeriders.
With so many more films due for release on streaming services, it's only a matter of time before Peaco*ck picks them up and makes things simpler for its subscribers. Similarly, the streamer has a plethora of films to offer in the coming month, ranging from the beloved Spider-Man franchise to a classic creature feature that still terrifies many viewers. With that in mind, these are the films coming to Peaco*ck in September 2024.
The Amazing Spider-Man I & II (2012-2014)
Streaming September 1
There have been several renditions of Spider-Man over the years, from Tobey Maguire's film franchise to Tom Holland's modern-day adaptation. However, Andrew Garfield's The Amazing Spider-Man franchise was initially ridiculed by some, though it has since aged well and is mostly looked upon fondly now.

This September, both The Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 will be added to Peaco*ck, allowing fans to revisit the highly acclaimed film. Both films have also achieved significant commercial success, each grossing over $700 million worldwide on a budget of $200 million. With Andrew Garfield's inclusion in the MCU through Spider-Man: No Way Home, it is only natural that people would want to revisit these films. The Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 are streaming on Sept. 1.

Hollow Man (2000)
Streaming September 1
Starring notable A-list actors, Hollow Man was, unfortunately, a flop with critics and audiences upon its release. The film, released in 2000, follows Sebastian Caine (Kevin Bacon), an egotistical researcher who succeeds in his experiment of making living creatures invisible. However, when he tests the right formula on himself, he succeeds but is unable to return to his usual form. Caine's predicament worsens over time, leading to unanticipated consequences for the research team. Hollow Man will be available to stream on Peaco*ck on Sept. 1.

Land of the Dead (2005)
Streaming September 1
Among the numerous zombie films George A. Romero has directed, Land of the Dead feels like a breath of fresh air, perfectly illustrating the challenges of a zombie apocalypse and adding a nice twist at the conclusion. The film, released in 2005, is set in a world where zombies have taken over, and the few survivors live in a walled-in city where only the rich get to live a decent life. However, what happens when both zombies outside the city and politics within the city begin to evolve? Land of the Dead, which stars Simon Baker, Asia Argento, Dennis Hopper, and John Leguizamo, will be added to Peaco*ck on Sept. 1.

The Thing (1982)
Streaming September 1
John Carpenter's The Thing, released in 1982, is a timeless horror classic that is only rivaled by a handful of films. Starring Kurt Russell, the film takes place in Antarctica, where an expedition team comes across a Norwegian facility and realizes that something dreadful has happened there. However, before they can act, the situation turns disastrous as an alien life-form with the ability to take over the bodies appears unexpectedly, making the crew's survival nearly impossible.
The Thing continues to hold up today as one of Carpenter's finest films, and it's arguably in the conversation for one of Russell's best performances. Unfortunately, when the film was revived with a prequel of sorts in 2011 with Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Joel Edgerton, it could hardly match the greatness of its predecessor. The Thing will be available to stream on Peaco*ck on Sept. 1.
