I look forward to supporting her in this new role as the local leader of the Private Baking strategy. SYL SPOTLIGHT: Megan FeyWhy did you join SYL?I joined SYL to continue to grow my skill set and be able to really jump into the Credit Union experience. I wanted to be a part of something that can help other Credit Union employees in their journeys within the Credit Union system and be able to connect with other Credit Union employees with a similar mindset as myself. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? The best piece of advice I have ever received is to stay true to myself. No matter what else is going on around you, keep true to your values and do what you feel is the right thing. What do you wish someone taught you a long time ago?I wish someone would have taught me how to manage my time and take more time for myself … OR how to change my own oil.. It’s surprisingly easy.
